MICHAEL F. RUBIN, admitted to both the New York and New Jersey Bar, is also a former New York City assistant district attorney in the office of the Bronx County District Attorney. In addition to his criminal practice, Mr. Rubin gained extensive experience in the field of personal injury litigation while specializing in medical malpractice as an associate with the law firm of Bower & Gardner.

In addition to criminal defense and personal injury litigation, Mr. Rubin has expertise in the specialized field of bail remission litigation. As an offshoot of his criminal practice, Mr. Rubin has developed a niche practice assisting bail agents and bail insurance companies limit their losses from bail bonds written in the New York City area. He has represented, among others, International Fidelity Insurance Company and Lexington National Insurance Company, two of the largest bail underwriting companies in the country. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
