At Kelly & Rubin LLP., our practice consists of two major departments, and several subdivisions. Our concentration remains in the two fields of Personal Injury which includes false arrest, malicious prosecution and excessive force, and Criminal Defense. We also handle such diverse matters as real estate closings, and bail remission applications. It is our experience in criminal law that allows us to make the transition into the bail industry with such ease.
