Both Robert P. Kelly and Michael F. Rubin began their professional practices in the field of criminal law.  In over fifty combined years of practice we have handled well over five thousand cases as both prosecutors and defense attorneys.  As former assistant district attorneys in the City of New York, we are able to offer to our clients the kind of extensive hands-on experience that one expects when liberty is at stake. Our experience as former prosecutors allows us to prepare a defense of each case keeping in mind the prosecutor's point of view.  This allows us to anticipate the tactics that a prosecutor may employ and respond accordingly

We have successfully handled all kinds of Criminal matters including homicide, kidnapping, robbery, drug sales and possession, and weapons possession. We also handle DWI and DWAI related matters.
